Grown by smallholders in the rolling highlands of Chapada de Minas, Minas Gerais, this naturally processed Catuai varietal offers comforting notes of dark chocolate, granola, and roasted peanuts, carried by a light body and mild acidity. The region’s distinct wet and dry seasons, paired with elevations between 920–1100 meters, create ideal conditions for slow, even ripening, resulting in a cup that’s both familiar and refined. Perfect as a daily brew, it captures the warmth and richness of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee-growing heartland.
