Sourced from smallholder farmers around Karambi town in Nyamasheke District, this Bourbon varietal grows at elevations up to 2000 meters, where cool mountain air and meticulous processing yield a cup of exceptional clarity. Expect a dense body with lemon-like acidity that brightens layers of honey, butterscotch, and sweet black tea, accented by notes of dried fruit, ginger, and vanilla cream soda.
