Our Zambia Misambo Anaerobic Natural is one of those coffees that immediately lets you know it's different (in the best way). Grown in Northern Zambia and processed with an anaerobic natural method, this coffee has a bold fruit character, while remaining surprisingly well balanced. We roast this on the lighter side to highlight its vibrancy, and this helps to bring out notes of fermeted strawberry, pomegranate, and overripe citrus with a syrupy sweetness that reminds us a bit of fruit preserves.

In the cup, it's juicy and full bodied, almost like berry kefir, with a touch of dark chocolate underneath.
