Roaster’s Choice is our rotating showcase of the coffees that inspire us most. Each release highlights a standout single origin from our premium lineup; whether it’s an experimental fermentation, a meticulously crafted microlot, a rare variety, or simply a coffee that’s impressed us so deeply we couldn’t wait to share it. These lots are produced in small quantities, often from innovative producers pushing boundaries in processing, sustainability, and flavor expression.
