The full story
About this coffee.
Grown around Apaneca in El Salvador and naturally sun-dried, this Icatu lot leans into sweetness and depth rather than sharp acidity. The result is a rich, grounded cup with enough fruit character to keep it interesting.
Dark chocolate anchors the profile, while preserved orange adds a rounded citrus sweetness and fruit leather brings a deeper, jammy finish. It is distinctive without being difficult, making it an easy step into more expressive natural-process coffees.
