The full story
About this coffee.
From Kercha in Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, this natural-process coffee is sun-dried on raised beds and grown at more than 2,200 meters. The high elevation and traditional heirloom varieties give it a bright, fruit-forward profile with plenty of clarity.
Golden apricot and mandarin orange lead the cup, followed by a clean black-tea finish. It is lively and expressive without losing the sweetness that makes a great natural Ethiopia so easy to come back to.
