This coffee is specially roasted to taste excellent as an espresso, but favors all other brew methods as well. Mainstay represents a profile we want to return to again and again: smooth, familiar, and easy to enjoy across brew methods. Each iteration is carefully selected and roasted to meet this standard, making Mainstay the coffee you can count on no matter what's in the bag.
